The Certificate III in Commercial Cookery gives you the skills you need to work in a commercial kitchen. Imagine working as a qualified cook in a restaurant, hotel, or even aboard a cruise ship!
With Academia, theoretical learning is provided through face-to-face classroom lessons, while practical training is conducted in our on-site kitchens. You’ll also complete 10 weeks (two days per week) of work placement in an Academia-affiliated hotel commercial kitchen.
After successfully completing this course, you can enter the Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
Our campuses situated in the central business districts of Melbourne and Brisbane, Australia. Our Hospitality Students have access to training kitchens, demonstration kitchens, commercial kitchens (through placement), spacious classrooms all with sunlight access, electronic projectors, and computer labs with free internet access during and outside class hours.
