Be a leader and spokesperson for our industry. Manage people to understand the importance and meaning of the word Hospitality.

9.    To be a team player.

It is important to highlight how we can all benefit by working as a team, due to the unpredictability of customer demand.  You cannot always know when you will be busy, however if you have a team that is multi skilled and willing to work together it will minimise any customer dissatisfaction.

10.    To share all successes & to promote a positive attitude when things go wrong.

To always reward & recognise all achievements and to encourage and support when things are tough or go wrong.
