Academia’s English as an Additional Language (EAL) courses prepare learners for active participation in the Australian community as well as increasing English skills for vocational courses and work.
There are two levels offered at Academia, EAL II (Access) and EAL III (Access), delivered from Monday to Thursday, totalling 20 hours per week. More information about these levels is given below.
The EAL courses will focus on developing speaking skills for casual conversations and transactions. You will also develop reading and writing skills for everyday communication and academic needs.
EAL II (Access) is for lower intermediate level learners.
EAL III (Access) is for intermediate level learners.
