In addition to kitchen and food handling skills, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery will also teach you:

  • How to use the equipment found in a commercial kitchen
  • Different cooking techniques
  • Kitchen hygiene
  • Food safety laws

As with all our courses, a practical placement is compulsory in order to graduate. This particular course includes a 10-week placement, with 2 work days per week.
