With a focus on establishing essential kitchen skills, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is perfect for those who are fresh out of high school, or who are looking to make a career change.
In addition to kitchen and food handling skills, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery will also teach you:
- How to use the equipment found in a commercial kitchen
- Different cooking techniques
- Kitchen hygiene
- Food safety laws
As with all our courses, a practical placement is compulsory in order to graduate. This particular course includes a 10-week placement, with 2 work days per week.
