Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery

If you have limited to no experience working in a kitchen then you can start with the Certificate III.

This serves as an introduction into commercial cookery, where you’ll learn the basic cooking skills (as well as kitchen safety) to join the industry at an entry-level.

If you’re looking to expand your skills beyond the basics, the Certificate IV will build on the skills you already have in commercial cookery (or have obtained during the Certificate III).

The Certificate IV prepares you to take on a more supervisory role within a kitchen environment.

Diploma of Hospitality Management

Eager to receive a qualification that will allow you to take on a managerial role anywhere in the hospitality industry, be it a restaurant, hotel, or any other business?

If so, the Diploma of Hospitality Management might be just what you need!

Academia offers two separate qualifications depending on where you want to take your career:
