Welfare Services

Our student welfare trained staff manage student welfare issues with sensitivity and in confidence. With links to a number of professional counseling and welfare institutions our staff will be able to direct our students to appropriate help if required.

Our under 18 students are managed through the largest independent guardian service in Australia - International Student Alliance (ISA)

International Student Alliance provides a national network of professional guardians/welfare and care services to support and mentor students studying in Australia. ISA is constantly striving to provide new levels of excellence in student care. An important facet of ISA's care is to provide timely and quality feedback to students, parents and education providers. ISA's resources include bilingual staff with a vast and diverse range of life and work experience including, teaching, counseling, finance, interpreting, translating, marketing, policing and government service, just to name a few. ISA's team of professionals provides a caring and supportive environment for our students.
