Our Patisserie Courses prepare students to work at pastry cook and specialist patissier levels with a broad range of skills for the Hospitality and Commercial Cooking Industry. Academia’s teaching covers advanced technical Patisserie skills and knowledge in finance, staff supervision and quality management. Students can choose to continue their studies post Certificate III and IV or package their technical training with a Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Diploma Hospitality Management (incorporate a major in Patisserie) to round off their training preparing students to work as head patissiers.
