All Patisserie courses are approved and recognised by the Victorian Qualifications Authority. All Academia International College students undergo practical training in simulated school conditions which is balanced by theoretical tuition in our class room facilities. All Patisserie courses are approved and fully Government Accredited for International College Students. Australian College Students who are eligible may apply for Youth Allowance / Austudy / Abstudy payment assistance.
