International Students Admission Process

This page details the process of Application for Enrolment for international students into Academia International.
After reviewing the Things to know before you apply page, complete the following steps.

• Select the faculty (e.g. Hospitality) and course(s) (e.g. Certificate IV) you wish to study. Click here to read more about Courses
• Complete the online enrolment form, fields marked blue are mandatory; or
• Complete the Student Application Form and mail, email or fax to us:

• Please read the cancellation & refund policy within the student registration form and contact us if anything is unclear.
• You will be issued with a Provisional Acceptance Letter of Offer which will include an invoice listing the costs of your selected course(s).

• Read the Applying for Student Visa section for more details.
• Pay the following as per your Provisional Acceptance letter of Offer:
  • Course fees
  • Equipment / Text Books / Student Kits
  • Enrolment fees and
  • Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
  • Homestay / Accommodation and Airport Pickup fees if required
• Once we receive your payment and signed offer acceptance form, we will issue an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment form (eCoE ) necessary for student visa processing. The form will be transmitted through the Internet to your Australian Embassy or Consulate. The original will be sent to you. You will need to present the eCoE to the embassy for completion of student visa processing.
